Years ago when mixing machinery on motor was not available at the manufacturing unit, our staff workers used to have big time shuffling such large quantities of spice blends and giving good mix to make any particular spice blend!
Hand-mixtures! I still remember working with them! Such task it was... Still fun for no doubt! We really enjoyed having this one. There is big handle on other side of mixture.You can rotate it in speed. Even keeping flame below it helps in roasting spices lightly.
Few years ago when electrical motor driven mixture machinery arrived at Laxmi Masale's unit these simple machines got retired! ЁЯШЕ Now relaxing at backyard! ЁЯШЫ
